Principal Licensee of Towns Conveyancing and a Justice of the Peace
Kristi began her career with a boutique law firm in Surry Hills in 1996, where she quickly discovered that conveyancing was her passion. In 2002, she brought her skills closer to home in Penrith, working with a prominent local law firm and building her name in the area.
In 2008, Kristi completed her studies in Conveyancing Law & Practice at Macquarie University and officially obtained her licence.
With 30 years of experience, Kristi has worked across a broad range of conveyancing transactions, with a strong focus on residential property sales and purchases. She also assists with off-the-plan purchases, auctions and related property matters.
Kristi is known for her ability to build strong rapport with her clients, explain the process clearly and help people feel they are in safe hands. She also has well-established working relationships with real estate agents, banks, mortgage brokers and government entities, helping each matter move forward with care and attention.
She understands what it is like to buy or sell a home and wants nothing more than to make it a stress-free and satisfying experience for all her clients.
Outside of work, Kristi enjoys spending time with her husband and three teenage boys. She also enjoys time at the family’s caravan site on the Hawkesbury River and walking, including around the Nepean River.
